WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?
In order to answer this question I will have to explain what a life coach is not. So, I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. Unfortunately, I cannot diagnose or treat illnesses that fall under the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition). However, I do assist my clients with setting and achieving goals, forming positive habits, and removing blocks that prevent them from being the best versions of themselves. I do this by creating a safe space and asking thought provoking questions that cause the client to self reflect and find answers within themselves that have been there all along. It is not my place to give advice and tell a client how they should or shouldn't live their life. I have no desire to rob someone of their journey by telling them how I would have done something.
WHAT DO YOU HELP YOUR CLIENTS WITH?
I specialize in major changes or transitional phases though I can coach almost anyone regarding anything. The topics in which I specialize include but are not limited to: Marriage, Divorce, Career changes, Relationships, Parenting, Military transitions into civilian life, Graduating high school/Starting college, Spirituality changes, etc. In the past, outside of my coaching career, I have worked with Veterans, Drug addicts, Homeless individuals, the LGBTQ+ community, etc. I am open and willing to guide anyone and everyone.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
The first step is to have a 60 minute, FREE, consultation. During the consultation we will discuss what the client's needs are, what I have to offer them, and all the fine details regarding number of sessions, pricing, payment, confidentiality, etc. If both parties agree that the coach/client relationship is a good fit then we would both sign a standard coaching agreement. The standard coaching agreement is documentation stating that we have discussed the dynamic of the services, all the fine details, and have agreed to do business. Once the contract is signed by both parties and payment for services has been received, the first session can be scheduled.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
You can email me at SacredBlueTransitions@gmail.com or you can call/text me at (254) 289- 5354.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Prices vary based on the different service packages that I offer. I would be more than happy to discuss those packages during our FREE, 60 minute consultation.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT(S) DO YOU ACCEPT?
I utilize Square for all service transactions. Square allows me to send an invoice to my client via email (or text). The client may choose their form of payment; Debit card or Credit card. Once the payment is made a receipt is sent to the client via email (or text). I do not accept cash.
